When people think that they can’t control their minds during meditation, they give up. But the surfacing thoughts during meditation are the thoughts that you unconsciously think everyday. The moment you start noticing these thoughts and decide not to put your energy in them, victory

When your body gets uncomfortable and wants to get up and quit , if you refocus your attention into the present moment, victory

Your body is no longer your mind!

Anytime you work on overcoming some aspect of your old personality, there’s a liberation of energy.
That energy is available for you to use to put towards change.

Neuronetworks: neurons that fired and wired together.

In order to stop the known, influencing the ‘generous spot of the present’ ( the unknown ), you need to sit your body down, close your eyes and minimize sensory input. Then your inner world becomes more real than the outer world.

Anytime you put attention into the predictable future ( all the things you have to do ), you’re taking energy from the present and putting it into the known.

When your body is used to spending energy on 8am e-mails & stress, when you interrupt that routine and sit in meditation, your body notices the difference and gets agitated. If you can redirect your focus into the present and stop putting energy into those stressful emotions, that energy becomes available for you to use. To create your own electromagnetic field and use that to create your own destiny.

Meditation as a way to get beyond your body, environment ( people, objects, places, material things in your 3D reality ).

If you put your entire energy on what’s known, you’re going to create more of the known.

Sweet spot of the generous present moment

Purpose of meditation: get beyond your analytical mind

Babies live on their subconscious mind for the first 6 years of their life. All the info that they’re exposed to, goes to their subconscious mind, unedited.
Children are subconsciously programmed to be a certain way when they grow up, based on what they’re exposed to when they’re babies.
—Boys don’t cry.
—Girls are to be seen, not to be heard…

Positive and negative associations lay the foundations for our habits.

By interacting with environment, children develop their analytical mind. ( age 6-9 )
Analytical mind, we need it to do things morally, ethically, mentally that are right. But when you combine that with overly stressed way of living, we become overly-analytical. ( when stressed, brain is aroused, fight/flight mode )
Brain works in 2 states: Survival mode ( stress ) / Creation mode
Use meditation to overwrite past subconscious beliefs/patterns.

When we are more analytical, we are less suggestible. We need to stay more suggestible to welcome new information.

The higher your brain waves, the more analytical you are.
During meditation, try to slow down your brain waves into a state of trans, then your subconscious becomes more suggestible. You get passed the analytical mind to rewrite your patterns.

Meditate on a daily basis.
